São Paulo, May 2026 — K Rails officially introduced its institutional vision to the Brazilian market during an exclusive gathering hosted at the official residence of the U.S. Consul General in São Paulo, bringing together public authorities, representatives from the financial system, executives from major companies, and leaders from Brazil’s innovation and technology ecosystem.

The event marked the introduction of K Rails’ strategic vision for Brazil and Latin America: a new technological infrastructure focused on control, traceability, transparency, and governance in the movement of institutional financial resources.

Among those in attendance were leaders from municipal and state governments, including representatives from Rio de Janeiro, Guarulhos, São José dos Campos, and authorities connected to the state of Paraná. The gathering also included former São Paulo Governor João Doria, as well as representatives from financial institutions and business groups linked to the banking, infrastructure, technology, and energy sectors.

Executives and representatives from institutions such as Banco Safra, Itaú, Invest.Rio, and other key players in the Brazilian market participated in discussions about the future of institutional financial infrastructure in the country.

The institutional coordination of the event in Brazil included the participation of Tomás Alejandro Guzmán, Director of Government and Institutional Relations at K Lab, responsible for the company’s strategic engagement with public authorities, institutions, and key stakeholders across the governmental and business ecosystem in the region.

Throughout the evening, discussions focused on topics such as:
• transparency in public administration;
• payment traceability;
• fraud prevention;
• regulatory compliance;
• programmable financial infrastructure;
• and governance mechanisms applied to institutional capital flows.

Unlike traditional payment systems focused solely on transaction speed, K Rails’ proposal is to enable governments, banks, and institutions to operate financial resources with embedded rules, operational intelligence, and real-time auditability.

“The next generation of global financial infrastructure will not be defined solely by payment speed, but by the ability to deliver control, trust, traceability, and institutional security at every stage of the process,” said Jay Heller, CEO of K Lab.

The company’s technology enables payments, approvals, contracts, suppliers, compliance rules, and audit processes to be configurable and executable within a single operational layer — bringing greater predictability, governance, and transparency to both public and private institutions.

One of the evening’s central themes was the potential of next-generation financial infrastructure to strengthen trust between governments and citizens, particularly in a global environment increasingly demanding efficiency, fiscal responsibility, and transparency in public administration.

The presence of public authorities, financial sector representatives, and executives from multiple industries reinforced the growing interest within the Brazilian market for solutions capable of combining technology, governance, and institutional credibility.

Following its official introduction in Brazil, K Rails is now entering a new phase of regional expansion, with ongoing conversations and initiatives under development across other Latin American markets.
